Instructions:
1) Click on "Enter Here" to
Open the Map

2) Select a Community (from the choices on the right side of your screen)  You can also choose a specific community (e.g. Park Shore) or a zip code if it is listed |
| 3) Zoom in using the slider on the upper left
corner of the window from 
to  (As the slide bar indicator goes higher, the more you zoom in) |
4) Until Your Desired
Neighborhood is Displayed (You Want to Clearly See Street Names) |
5) Make Sure the Green "Show
Bargains" Box is Checked and click "Search" (If you cannot check the box, there are too many houses shown -- please zoom in more and this will fix itself.) |
6) You Can Get Detailed
Information By Clicking on a Dot 7) You Get Summary Information By Hovering Your Pointer Over a Dot 8) You always have the option to save details on a favorite property  |

price per sq/ft and by price per bedroom and is relative to the listings shown in the area displayed on the map. |

Note: Dots do not stay Green. "Undervalued" is a relative concept and is based on the listings shown on the map at the very moment when you click. You need to Zoom and then click. Each time you Zoom you change the area being searched, which in turn, changes the criteria for what would be considered "undervalued." Similarly, when you click on a listing you are narrowing the search criteria to one house and it will not be undervalued compared to itself.
